Luxembourg

Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The medieval castle in the center of Luxembourg (the city), which is the capital of Luxembourg (the country). I guess they're not so creative when it comes to naming their cities.

Luxembourg. This was my first (and only) visit here. It was a nice city & country, very rich-feeling. Not a whole lot going on but a beautiful, very clean place. The downtown buildings all matched in style.

Luxembourg. When I pulled into town in the late afternoon on a Thursday there was quite a lot of traffic. An hour went by, all the office workers cleared out, then ... ghost town! Just like downtown Jacksonville. It seemed like I had the capital city all to myself. This was the main drag, right through the middle of town, after rush hour.

Luxembourg. The only real diversions after work hours were a couple of open bars/restaurants, and this little street fair. I think my timing was off for visiting Luxembourg...
